NVQs at WDP

WDP is an NVQ Assessment Centre for the Open University. Those within client facing, practitioner roles will:

• Begin WDP’s fully funded NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care within your first month with us (if you don’t have an equivalent competency-based qualification).

• Participate in agreed continuing professional development activities and programmes (once you have an equivalent competency-based qualification).

• Take part in team clinical supervision (where appropriate).
In addition to the above, all managers will:

• Complete an agreed management training programme (if you haven’t already completed one).

• Continue to develop and enhance your management skills by participating in our continuing professional development prorgammes.
