Aftercare Services for Westminster Residents

Foundations is an aftercare service which provides clients with the support they need after completing their Substance Misuse Treatment course, and aims to make their integration back into society last. It offers its clients an excellent support package, free of charge, in two phases and all at one site, that will build on the excellent progress clients make during treatment.

Once clients have finished with their Aftercare plan, they’ll have new skills that they can call on as they become more and more involved in the community. Knowledge that will help them move confidently on to the next stage in their lives.

Clients can use any or all of our services, so long as they are:

• 18 years or over
• a Westminster resident
• have completed a drug treatment programme either in the
  community or in a residential setting
• prescribed and stable in drug use

Foundations offers Assessment and Aftercare planning, workshops including coping skills and CV writing, ongoing support including peer support, mentoring and complementary therapies.
