Future Plans

Recently the organisation has carried out a root and branch review of its core purpose. This ensured that we did not lose sight of our goal to excel in the drug field. We are always striving to provide the best service possible to the clients and communities that we serve.

In the next five years we hope to become recognised as a centre of excellence leading the field in London; highly credible about policy and practice and delivering great outcomes to our clients in our services in health and crime.

On the ground this means that WDP intends to consolidate and improve current services significantly and also to develop a range of young people's Open Access and Structured Treatment services across London. We endeavour to be a results based organisation. It is not enough to have the right aims, we must achieve them.
